	dianacapital currently manages the Private Equity fund Diana Capital I, FCR, registered with the C.N.M.V. with the number 30, with the focus on the acquisition of substantial equity stakes, whether of a majority or minority holding. This profile is generally compatible with unlisted businesses, managed by highly qualified management teams. These managers must be able to partner with dianacapital, from operative and financial points of view, in the development and subsequent implementation of ambitious business plans settled with the aim of maximising the value of their companies in the future. dianacapital, a company not majority controlled by any institution, manages its Private Equity funds in a completely independent manner. This key factor allows it to commit itself only to its investors financial returns. In this regard, dianacapital has its own decision bodies: the Investment Committee, the Board of Directors and it is supervised by the CNMV (Spanish SEC) and Diana Capital I's Supervisory Board. dianacapital's Investment Committee is responsible for the screening analysis and presentation of the investment opportunities to the Board of Directors.
