Fortis Group the Belgium-Dutch group that is the third Benelux financial group, is the other financial institution partner of dianacapital. Fortis Group’s Private Equity Unit, “Global Private Equity”, is one of the most experienced European players in the sector. The origin of its private equity activity was in 1969, and nowadays, the unit currently manages Fortis Group’s direct investments in the Benelux, France and Spain and a portfolio of funds of funds with €550M under management.

dianacapital is managed by one of his founders, who is also shareholder of dianacapital, Francisco Gómez-Zubeldia, backed by a professional team on Private Equity with exclusive dedication to dianacapital.
